I’ve been a fiddler since about the age of 11 and have a deep and unwavering passion for Celtic music and other traditional folk styles.
This has taken many forms throughout the years, starting with my Gaidhealtachd community, travelling overseas to learn music, performing around NZ, and also gig making and tour organising.
After something of a children-induced “career” pause these last few years, I’m gradually finding my way back to creating events, concerts and workshops.
In 2023 I’ve had the privilege of being selected for the 2023 Ockham Collective creative residency. This has opened up lots of opportunities, and I’m currently running a fortnightly Irish music session at The Nix, and running the bi-monthly folk showcase Pop-Up Folk Club. More events are are in the works for 2023!
